GoInfo helps users manage driver, vehicle, record-check, rental, booking, and notification workflows. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information We Collect

We may collect account information such as email address, profile name, date of birth, saved IDs, saved vehicles, check history, vehicle records, uploaded vehicle photos, rental listings, bookings, chat messages, reports, notification preferences, device push tokens, and technical diagnostics needed to operate the service.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide account access, run requested record checks, save user records, support rentals and bookings, send notifications, prevent abuse, debug errors, improve reliability, and respond to support requests.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We use trusted service providers and public data sources only as needed to operate the app, process requested checks, deliver notifications, prevent abuse, and support users. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect users and the service.

Account Deletion

You can request account deletion in the app from Settings. Account deletion is intended to remove your account and associated user data, subject to legal, fraud-prevention, safety, and operational retention requirements.

Data Security

We use access controls, HTTPS, secure authentication, and server-side protections to help protect user data. No internet service can guarantee perfect security.
